What is critical to a quality Program of Activities (POA) in FFA?

A quality Program of Activities (POA) in FFA is fundamentally built on the effectiveness and competency of its officers. Active, trained FFA officers are essential because they provide leadership, organization, and vision for the chapter’s activities. These officers are responsible for planning events, engaging members, and ensuring that the program aligns with the goals and mission of FFA.
